General Terms and Conditions Gift Card Purchase

1. Basic principles
Gift cards with a discount offered in an employer's Benefits shop or via superbenefits.ch may only be used for personal purposes. It is strictly forbidden to resell gift cards or to trade them for profit. Offers have been negotiated with partners for closed groups. The offers must not be passed on to external persons without access. It is forbidden to purchase gift cards for people outside the same household. In principle, orders are binding and cannot be refunded or returned. Cancellation is only possible if offerz is at fault and if no gift card has been delivered.

2. Payment
Payment is to be made immediately and without further discounts via the payment methods offered at the time of purchase. Payment is processed directly with Offerz AG, Selibühlstrasse 5, 3638 Blumenstein, [email protected], CHE-354.942.778 VAT. The employer is not involved in the payment at any time and cannot and will not be able to provide any information about it. The "myvoucher" logo is displayed during payment. This is a product of Offerz AG, which is offered at myvoucher.ch. If for any reason the payment has failed and the customer has received a delivery, he must report this immediately. From the time of delivery, the customer is automatically in default of payment. An interest rate of 5% will be charged for late payments to offerz AG.

3. Delivery
Delivery is exclusively digital. The gift cards can be accessed in your own customer account under Wallet > Gift cards. Gift cards can be downloaded there as a PDF or used directly. Some technical aids are available for this (e.g. barcode display). Some partners require the PDF to be presented. Delivery usually takes place within 5 minutes after payment has been made. If some gift cards are no longer available in sufficient quantities, the order will be delivered within 7 days or the customer will be informed directly by Offerz AG. Offerz AG may carry out checks before each delivery to verify legitimacy, see point 4.

4. Verification of legitimacy
Offerz has the right to automatically check the legitimacy of every order or payment. This includes in particular whether there is no violation of these GTCs, whether the means of payment used belongs to the person placing the order (no third-party use) or whether there are other reasons that make an order appear illegitimate (e.g. employee no longer has access to the portal). Offerz can therefore contact the customer at any time and without prior notice and request further information and, if necessary, also ask the employer/provider for information (e.g. employment relationship). If there are reasons that do not allow orders to be placed, offerz can cancel the order. In the case of stolen or misused payment data, the payment data holder is always liable and in no case offerz.
